- A life long journey of sports, athletics and they're remnant injuries led me to the single most brilliant training tool, The Russian Kettlebell, the Best Trainer, Mark Reifkind to whom I will always be indebted to, and the best method, Pavel's Tsatsouline RKC. I've had two ACL reconstructions since 2000, r&l. My legs are now strong, resilient and flexible. Apart of my training the most important thing to me is my family, my two gorgeous daughters and my wonderful and supportive husband, Barry.
